Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FLUX3Klein.app handles information when you sign in, create images, buy credits or contact us. Privacy requests: support@flux3klein.app.

Information we use

Google sign-in provides account identity, name, email address, verification status and profile image where available. We store account and session records, prompts, generation settings, reference images, results, task states, credit transactions and payment references. We also process service logs and technical request information needed for security and troubleshooting. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe handles card entry.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, generate and deliver images, maintain your private Library, process credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, resolve support requests and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your prompts or uploaded images.

Providers and image processing

Cloudflare hosts this service, its database and private image storage. Google supplies sign-in. fal receives your prompt, settings and references to perform the selected model request. Production reference links are signed and expire after at most 15 minutes; local development may send reference image data directly. Black Forest Labs supplies the model technology. Stripe processes payments, subscriptions and payment-related events. These providers process information under their own terms and policies, and processing may occur in countries other than yours. Private storage here does not delete copies held by a generation provider, and we do not promise that a provider never retains input or output.

Cookies, drafts and optional analytics

Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Browser drafts and pending submissions are stored locally and scoped to your account; clearing them does not delete server tasks. If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and broad actions such as starting a generation or opening checkout. We do not send prompts, images, email addresses, account IDs or payment details to Analytics. Analytics stays off until you opt in. Use Cookie settings to change your choice at any time.

Retention and your choices

Settled tasks can be deleted from your Library. Deletion redacts their prompts and references and removes result files that are not reused by another retained task. Unreferenced uploads older than 24 hours are eligible for cleanup. Minimal task, transaction and security records may remain to prevent duplicate charges, investigate abuse and meet accounting obligations. Records associated with an unresolved payment or provider outcome may remain until the issue is resolved. Contact us to request account deletion, access, correction or an explanation of retained records; applicable rights depend on where you live.

Security and contact

Images are kept in private storage and downloads require the owning account. Session cookies are HttpOnly and Secure in production. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information you do not need for an image request. For a privacy concern or suspected account compromise, email support@flux3klein.app.
