Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FLUX3Klein.app, an independent image creation and editing service. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Questions: support@flux3klein.app.

Your account

Use an account you control, provide accurate information, and protect access to your Google account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission where permitted by applicable law. Do not share accounts to bypass limits or access another person's private work.

Your content and AI results

You retain rights you already hold in your uploads and prompts. You authorize us and our processing providers to use that content to carry out your requests, store results and operate the service. Upload only content you are entitled to use, including any necessary permission from identifiable people. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable for your intended use. Review it before publishing. Copyright protection and commercial rights depend on applicable law, your input rights and the model provider's terms; we do not guarantee exclusivity or clearance.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, child sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, fraud, harmful impersonation, infringement or abuse. Do not bypass safety controls, attack the service or automate requests to evade limits. We may restrict abusive accounts and content to protect users and meet legal obligations.

Credits, pricing and subscriptions

Prices are shown in USD before checkout. Each generation shows its credit cost before submission. Credits are reserved while a task runs and charged once a completed result is stored; confirmed failed or canceled tasks release the reservation. A cancellation request can race a completed generation. Uncertain provider outcomes remain held until verified, without automatic duplicate submission. Larger images and references can cost more. One-time credit packs do not expire. Subscription credits are added after each paid billing period; plans renew until canceled through Billing. Canceling stops future renewals, not charges already completed.

Payments, refunds and billing help

Stripe processes payments. Credits are added only after verified payment confirmation, which may take a short time. Contact support with your checkout or task reference for duplicate charges, missing credits, failed service or refund requests. We review unused-credit refund requests individually; any mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights under applicable law remain intact. Refunded or disputed purchases may reverse their credits and create a credit deficit if those credits have already been spent. If a disputed payment is reinstated to us, we restore the applicable credits reversed by that dispute.

Availability and limitations

Generation depends on external providers and may be interrupted or delayed. Do not rely on the service as your only archive. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that every result meets your expectations, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Deletion, changes and contact

You can delete settled tasks in your Library. For account deletion, privacy or billing assistance, contact support@flux3klein.app. Necessary security, payment and accounting records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the updated date; material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.

Independent service

FLUX3Klein.app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Black Forest Labs, fal, Google or Stripe. FLUX identifies the model family; those companies provide separate technologies and services.
